All Priority1 customers will have access to Cabo, our proprietary TMS, that will allow you to quote, book and track your LTL, FTL and Expedited shipments. You will have access to on-demand tracking, invoices and our network of vetted carriers.
What should I expect in terms of customer support?
You will be assigned a dedicated point of contact to address your inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance in managing your logistics needs. Clear communication is key to a successful partnership.
Does Priority-1 handle international shipping and customs clearance?
Yes, Priority-1 has international shipping providers with customs clearance and can facilitate Canadian and Mexico cross-border shipments.
