Grant tiene una gran experiencia en la industria del transporte, incluyendo el trabajo para FedEx durante 23 años, tanto en el lado de la tierra y de carga. Grant comenzó como un trabajador portuario por hora y tiene más de 18 años llenos de 12 funciones diferentes, que incluyen la gestión de 4 terminales separadas (Charleston SC, Tampa, Toledo, St Louis) y Director de Operaciones de 19 terminales en Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Nueva York y Maryland. También dirigió la expansión de FedEx Freight a Canadá y finalmente fue Vicepresidente de Operaciones Internacionales durante 7 años.
Tras su paso por FedEx, Grant fue Presidente de Roadrunner Freight durante 3 años y, más recientemente, Presidente de Emerge. Actualmente, también forma parte del Consejo de Administración de My Freight Staff, con sede en Ontario, California.

I consider myself a Servant Leader and am hungry to represent and lead an organization that aligns with my personal and professional beliefs and Priority1 absolutely allows me to accomplish that need. From a growth standpoint, the fantastic track record that P1 has established already is just scratching the surface to what we can do long term and I can’t wait to be part of leading us into a bright future we have,”
Crawford said on his decision to come to Priority1.

Currently, Grant is in the process of relocating to Little Rock and his official start date is June 15th, 2020.
