- MyTernNow Initaitive: Aimed at building a workforce pipeline for employers, MyTernNow.com focuses on educating the future workforce about opportunities in the region and education and training necessary to be successful. The website also acts as a recruitment and relocation website for entry level candidates, interns and coops.
- Conquer the Corridor: A partnership program with the Cedar Rapids Downtown District, this 60 minute presentation gives employees an overview of the quality of place they are choosing to live and work. This tool is designed to engage employees in the greater community.
