Our enticing business climate has been recognized by several world-class companies. Recently, French-based Lassaffre Group built a new yeast production facility in Cedar Rapids under the name Red Star Yeast. In addition, German-based J. Rettenmaier & Söhne GmbH constructed a dietary fiber plant called J. Rettenmaier USA and are currently building a facility for JRS Pharma LP to produce microcrystalline cellulose to supply the pharmaceutical industry. |
